Sunsetting template next steps
Let's put it to use with a project that's on the map to be sunset in 2021. PULFA seems like a good candidate. We can create copies of the template for PULFA and the EAD management process now run with ASpace, and share with stakeholders in the PULFAlight and ASpace Operations Groups.
Make it clear when sharing with stakeholders that these are not directives but assessment tools intended to make sunsetting go smoothly for any project. We strongly welcome feedback on the template as well, any fields that are missing or seem superfluous, etc.
