Agenda:

  • Meridian

    • Have not gotten database account from Ex Libris yet.  Last response from them was "doing research on the question."

    • Once we get this, someone in EUS will need to do an extraction project.

    • We have a read-write account already and could use that if needed for the extraction.

    • If the account is granted within a month, we can use it; otherwise, use read-write.

  • Bibdata/Orangelight machines 

    • bibdata-worker1, bibdata-worker2 need to be decommissioned.  Last deployed on May 25th, used with Voyager.

  • MASC update

    • Data delivered from Kevin to Kate; Kate checked and didn't see indications that data had been updated recently.

    • Plan: add dump to pul-archivedbackups S3 bucket, follow up with stakeholders about decommissioning.  Kate will talk to Trey.

  • SVN

    • Update on PULFA SVN server decommissioning plan.

  • Decommissioning servers 

    • They have been network-unplugged since July 4 without complaints; decommissioning.
