Pop-up Assistance (264 etc.)

When you enter or edit publisher information in 260/264 fields, you may notice pop-up texts. This is an Alma feature with the intention of increasing the consistency of data entry.

In the following fields, the system provides pop-up assistance after you type the first three characters:

• 260 $$a, b, e, f
• 264 $$a, b
• 505 $$r, t
• 561 $a

Because these fields are not controlled and tend to be transcribed data, you may ignore the suggestion.

Hide the pop-up suggestion

Optionally, you may install a browser add-on to disable the pop-up suggestion.
