Criteria For Export

Alma Set 'All Library Holdings': All MMS IDs greater than 0. Suppressed holdings are excluded from the publishing job. Suppressed bibliographic records are filtered out in the indexing process for Blacklight.

Additional Processing

The following fields are added to the bibliographic record from physical holdings:

• 852
• 866
• 867
• 868

For each holding, attached items are added to the bibliographic record. There is one 876 field per item. Item information is mapped to various subfields.
