Reporting Alma Issues

  1. For immediate technical issues with Alma's staff interface please report them to lsupport@princeton.edu. If possible try and get a screenshot of the issue you are encountering. For general performance issues (e.g. slowness) see How to Report Alma Performance Issues and please attach any screenshots or Performance Tracking Files to your lsupport ticket. 

  2. If you are encountering problems with the catalog please utilize the feedback option in the catalog. This will submit your question to the catalog development team.
     
  3. For general questions about Alma's functionality please consult with your supervisor, colleagues or a slack channel devoted to the functional area you are working with.

  4. For issues known to be related to configuration changes, please refer to the Configuration Changes page.
