The location information of a library material is recorded in its holdings record 852 $b (Library) $c (Shelving location), e.g.:

852 0_ $$b firestone $$c dixn $$h  $$i

You may apply Filter Views to filter the list by:

  • Any individual branch library
  • Location code change: Nearly half of the shelving location codes have changed after migrating from Voyager to Alma. Location codes that have changed are listed in red in the Location Codes sheet.
  • ReCAP location codes: ReCAP locations are listed hierarchically under owning libraries as opposed to under ReCAP. Enter the owning library, not ReCAP, in 852 $b.
