User Stories and Journey Maps | 2024

IT colleagues from both units commenced on a shared goal in 2024 to compile use cases and create workflows and best practices for specialized photography requests and consultations. They collected and assessed use cases for specialized photography (eg. Selene), created workflows, and considered best practices for ingest and delivery to stakeholders. They worked within the Phases outlined in Research /Visualization /implementation Strategy Roadmap. Measurements of success included completing and publishing user stories, created from the collected use cases in Airtable.
