Proposed Levels of Availability
- Level A - High availability expectation (Expected to be available during and outside of normal workday hours)
- Level B - Medium availability expectation (Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST)
- Level C - Low availability expectation (Low priority to restore in an outage)
- Level A/D - Fluctuating; level changes based on time of year

- General public - general patrons anywhere
- Princeton University (all) - anyone with an active Princeton University account (includes DCU and GAP accounts)
- Limited within Princeton University - a subset of users with active Princeton University accounts
- PUL staff - staff members of PUL
Proposed Criticality
- Level 0 - Core infrastructure
- Level 1 - Highest criticality applications for services to be active
- Level 2 - High availability services
- Level 3 - Medium availability services
- Level 4 - Low availability services; lowest criticality for service to be restored in an outage
- Level 1/4 - Fluctuating; level changes based on time of year
