Retrieve the mismatched bibliographic record by OCLC#.
Remove Unless PUL has another Alma record that is a true match with the OCLC record, remove PUL’s holding (Shift+F8, or Action > Holdings > Delete Holdings).
If PUL was the only holding library, ask OCLC to delete the bibliographic record (which now has no holdings):
Go to Action > Report Error… You may have to provide your name and email address.
Put the following message into the message box: I have deleted our institutional holding of this master record. If there are no holdings elsewhere, then this record may be deleted. Thanks!
