In the List of Items, select Sort routine > Description

The proper sorting by Description depends on volume, issue etc. having been entered in a consistent format, which could be an issue in legacy records migrated from Voyager. A missing dot after “Vol” in one item record, for example, can throw it out of the correct order.

The List of Items can also be sorted by other dimensions such as -

• Library/Location

• Status (Item in place or not)

• Process type

• Receiving date

You choice of sort routine will stick.

You may also choose facets such as status, year, volume, description, and receive date to filter item display.
