Please register for the workshops you are planning to attend. If you catalog material that falls into one of the categories below, attendance at the workshop is mandatory because we want to make sure everyone has the same understanding of CaMS policies and practices.

  • Literary authors (Belles lettres) The tiny workshops on “Belles-lettres” material will cover core elements of descriptive cataloging and of assignment of LC subject headings in the field of literature. Our primary focus will be on literary works proper. Current best practices recommended by BIBCO and NACO will be emphasized and illustrated with examples in MARC21 format.
