Creating shortcut buttons for User Tools

To run a macro, select it from Tools > User tools as shown above, which takes three mouse clicks.
Alternatively, you can create shortcut buttons for User Tools, so that a macro is only a mouse-one click away.
1. Select the menu option Tools > Toolbar editor…
2. Scroll down (about ¾ of the way through) until you see the blue numbers appear.
